Hello & Discovery: We kick things off with a friendly hello as soon as you reach out—by email, phone, or our website. From there, we’ll schedule a quick chat or coffee meeting to learn about your vision, timing, and budget.

Proposal & Contract: Once we understand your needs, we’ll create a clear proposal outlining costs and timelines. If you’re happy to move forward, we finalize the details with a contract and deposit.

Production & Post-Production: On production day, we capture all photos while keeping you in the loop. Afterward, we edit and polish your photos.

Final Delivery & Follow-Up: We deliver the final product in your preferred format. Finally, we check in to confirm everything’s perfect—if you love our work, feel free to share a testimonial or refer us to a friend!
